(4)具有城市及道路照明工程专业承包三级及以上资质；
(5)具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
(6)拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程或机电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
(7)业绩要求：无；
(8)其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a professional contracting qualification of Level 3 or above for urban and road lighting engineering; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader shall have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in municipal public works or mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
